By downloading or using Eclavin ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Eclavin provides educational content and quiz services related to wine certification. The App is a study aid and is not officially affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the Wine & Spirit Education Trust (WSET) or any other certification body.
3. Educational Disclaimer
The content provided in Eclavin is for educational and entertainment purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the correctness of any information. Use of the App does not guarantee passing any official exams.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, including text, design, and graphics, is the property of Eclavin and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute any part of the App without written permission.
5. In-App Purchases and Refunds
Certain features may require an in-app purchase. All transactions are handled by the Apple App Store. Refund requests must be directed to Apple according to their policies.
6. Limitation of Liability
Eclavin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the App following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
